Registration includes admission to scientific sessions (oral and posters). It also includes continental breakfast, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, two complimentary lunches, the Welcoming Reception (Saturday evening) and the cocktail on Monday evening. Registrants will receive their badge, a folder containing conference materials, the abstract book and a list of registered participants on site at the symposium. The registration fee for students (undergraduates, graduates, residents, fellows, etc.) is applicable only if a proof of the student status is provided (this can be done at the registration desk during the symposium).
The mode of payment is by credit card (Visa, Master Card and American Express)
Please specify card number, expiry date, name of cardholder with signature. A confirmation and receipt will automatically be sent by e-mail upon payment and the printed receipt for the registration will be given to the participant on site. The enterprise that sells the services is the non-profit corporation (Quebec) The Neutrophil in Immunity. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and postmarked by April 1, 2012. Refund requests postmarked on or before April 1, 2012 will receive a registration refund, minus a 25% processing fee. Refunds postmarked between April 2 and May 1, 2012 will receive a registration refund less 50%. Refund requests postmarked after May 1, 2012 will not be honoured.
Confidentiality
Information on the registration form will be used for credit card payment, to prepare badges and compile the list of participants. The e-mail addresses will be used by the Local Organizing Committee to keep contact with the registrants (e.g., deadline reminders). The information will not be forwarded to third parties for any other purposes.
