Abstracts

Deadline for receipt of abstracts: 9 April 2012.

Abstracts are welcome from scientists and trainees in academia, industry, and government. Abstract submission is separate from registration; please register by following instructions under the Registration tab of the web site. All abstract submissions should be accompanied by a full registration payment.

All abstracts must be submitted electronically and in English. Embargo: abstracts will not be published in advance of the meeting. They will be screened by the Local Organizing Committee and their consultants for minimum submission standards and copy-edited if needed for presentation uniformity.

To submit an abstract, please use the abstract submission form and adhere to the rules outlined on the abstract sample. A copy of the abstract submission form should then be saved on your computer and sent by e-mail as an attached file to francois.marceau@crchul.ulaval.ca. The main author will be notified of the acceptance of the abstract for oral or poster presentation well in advance of the meeting.

Special characters: Greek letters, others special characters, underlined text, superscript and subscript formats are not supported by the abstract submission form but can be copied from a regular Word document and pasted into the abstract field. Alternatively, spell out Greek letters (alpha, beta...) and these will be copy-edited after reception.
